How to use the star generator
- Pick the points. 5 for a classic star, 6 for a Star of David style shape, 8 for a compass rose.
- Set the size. Bigger stars look sharper – 31 blocks or more is ideal.
- Adjust the inner radius. Lower values make thin, pointy arms; higher values make a fat star.
- Choose outline or filled and build it, ticking blocks as you go.
Star build ideas
- A gold star on a town square floor.
- A compass rose (8 points) in front of a cartographer’s house.
- Star-shaped forts – put a tower on each point.
- Christmas tree toppers and wall art.
Tips
Odd sizes give a single centre block. Small stars (under 15 blocks) lose their points, so go bigger for clear shapes. Build a circle around the star for a badge or emblem.
